Our Mission
Millions of skilled workers in India lose a significant part of their earnings to contractors and middlemen who add no real value. At the same time, homeowners and businesses struggle to find reliable workers quickly.
RojgarSetu was built to fix this. We connect workers and hirers directly — no cuts, no commissions, no gatekeepers. A painter in Andheri can find work in his own neighbourhood. A homeowner in Bengaluru can call a verified plumber within minutes.
We believe every skilled worker deserves to keep what they earn, and every hirer deserves to know who is coming to their home.
